Bio:
SGT. VanNess is a veteran law enforcement investigator with experience conducting complex criminal investigations.  He has a wealth of experience in state and federal investigations.  VanNess is experienced in conducting investigations of DEA registrants and investigating those suspected of violating the Controlled Substances Act. He is well-versed in investigations pertaining to the diversion of pharmaceutical controlled substances. He has served in many capacities, including working as an undercover narcotics investigator, SWAT Team member, and financial crime investigator.  He is accomplished in intelligence operations and analyzing information/intelligence, conducting interviews, public relations, report writing, and working on complex investigations.  He currently serves as a Police Officer (Sergeant) and Federal Drug Task Force Officer with 29 years of investigative experience.
