Bio:
Detective Richard Hoeppner is a 13-year veteran of the Fort Worth Police Department, currently serving in the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) / Human Trafficking Unit. His career spans multiple specialized roles, including investigations into Crimes Against Children and Child Exploitation. Richard has led and contributed to complex cases involving child sexual and physical abuse, production/possession of child pornography, online solicitation of minors, sextortion, and child death investigations. Additionally, he has extensive experience planning and conducting undercover online chat operations to combat child exploitation.
Richard is an active member of both the North Texas ICAC Task Force and the Homeland Security Investigations Child Exploitation Task Force, bringing invaluable, real-world expertise to his training sessions.
